Requested Delivery Dates:
Your order will be shipped from Hickory Hill Cookie Company
to arrive on your requested delivery date. Although rare, we do not accept responsibility for
USPS failing to deliver the package according to their guaranteed number of days.
We only guarantee the delivery to the address given and not to the recipient.
Any package that is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information,
or recipient is no longer at the address, which is then returned to
Hickory Hill Cookie Company, will not be refunded
and will only by re-shipped at customers request and cost.
Regarding untimely pick-up,
USPS will deliver the package at the delivery address, unless the driver determines that the
is not sufficiently secure. If this happens, a notice will be left for the recipient
to pick up the package at the Post Office.
If delivery does not happen and the package is not picked up, the perishable package will be
back to Hickory Hill Cookie Company, will not be refunded and will only
by re-shipped at customers request and cost.
For Hospital Deliveries:
You must specify a room number. We add a special sticker to the package with a name and

For Hotel Deliveries:
You must specify a room number as well as provide the hotel phone number.
We add a special sticker to the package with a name and room number.
We are not responsible for gifts after they arrive to the hotel.
It is solely the responsibility of the hotel to get the package to the hotel guest.
Our cookies are perishable we cannot take a return on any item. If an item does come back
any reason and needs to be re-shipped, we WILL NOT use the same cookies
and will charge for new cookies to be used in the gift.
This is a safety issue and it is important that the recipient gets fresh cookies.
Cancellation of an order:
As soon as you place your order it's put into our schedule.
If you cancel your order, we'll be happy to return any credit card authorizations minus $5.00.
If your order has been shipped we can not refund any amount.
If your gift arrives damaged:
Although rare, sometimes cookies arrive broken or damaged,
so we ask that you retain all product and packaging for inspection and your claim must
be made within 3 days from the time the gift is received.
